Site plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a key detailing distinct parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.
More images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
